The Military Engineer Services (MES) in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed tenders for comprehensive repair, maintenance, and replacement works at CMH and PEMH Rawalpindi. This large-scale project, valued at approximately 400 million PKR, encompasses HVAC improvements, roof treatment, civil and electrical works, and the provision of various additional facilities. Only scrutinized and security-cleared contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and listed in MES Categories B, C, or D are eligible to apply. Interested firms must submit credentials and proof of previous experience for the past two years to the CMES (A) Hosps Regime office to receive tender documents. All technical and financial proposals must be received by 11:30 AM on 11 May 2026 for opening at 12:00 PM the same day."
