For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

GEPCO is seeking three separate rate-running contracts for boundary wall reconstruction across three divisions (Sialkot, Gujrat, Gujranwala) in Punjab.
Each contract is for one year on an as-and-when-required basis, suggesting recurring maintenance work rather than a fixed scope. The tight submission deadline (06 October 2026) indicates urgent procurement. This is suitable for established civil contractors with PEC registration and experience in boundary wall repairs. The recurring nature suggests stable, ongoing work for the selected bidders across multiple GEPCO locations.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered and eligible contractors registered with EPADS v2.0. Typically, civil works contractors require valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) category registration, NTN, and SECP registration if applicable. Conditional bids are explicitly not accepted. Firms must demonstrate previous experience in boundary wall reconstruction and comply with all PPRA procurement rules.
