Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Filling Factory Wah Cantt, Punjab, invites pre-qualification applications from contractors for three term contracts relating to repair, maintenance and minor works. The contracts cover repair and maintenance of Hassan Abdul Proof Range (estimated cost Rs. 1.00 million), repair and maintenance of Building F-42 at the facility (Rs. 0.98 million), and repair, maintenance and extension of roof shed at Building F-433 (Rs. 0.95 million). The total estimated scope across the three works is approximately Rs. 2.93 million. These are maintenance and repair contracts to be executed at the POF Filling Factory located in Wah Cantt. Interested parties must submit pre-qualification documents by 28 September 2026, with tender documents to be issued to pre-qualified firms by that date. Bids will be received until 10 October 2026 and opened the same day at the Bid Center adjacent to Rabta Hall at noon.
Applicants must demonstrate experience capability and resources through submission of partnership deeds, articles of association, firm registration certificates, particulars of permanent qualified staff with relevant experience, and affidavits confirming no blacklisting by any department. Bidders must provide certificates of payment of income tax, sales tax, federal service tax and professional taxes, along with Pakistan Engineering Council registration. Complete company profile in the prescribed format (Annex A to G MES Instruction no. 604/21) is mandatory. Contractors already working with POF need only furnish particulars of ongoing works outside POF with client addresses. Those failing to provide the specified documents shall be disqualified from the process.
Tender documents will be available from the offices of the Managing Director and Assistant Managing Director at POF Filling Factory after the pre-qualification process concludes.
