For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a focused equipment procurement for DJI drone systems and batteries — a relatively small-scale, one-off contract valued in the lower mid-range based on equipment type and quantity.
Bidders must be registered taxpayers with clean compliance records. The tight timeline (bid opening 08 October 2026) and requirement for mandatory physical attendance at headquarters in Turbat will filter out unserious or geographically distant competitors. The specification of exact DJI models suggests no substitution will be accepted; only authorised dealers or original manufacturers should bid.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed as Active Taxpayers by FBR Pakistan. Owner must provide NTN certificate, tax returns vetted by FBR, six months' bank statements, CNIC copy, and signed affidavit of non-blacklisting. Typically, firms supplying ICT/surveillance equipment must also hold relevant authorisation from manufacturers (DJI) or valid dealership credentials.
