Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) in Lahore, Punjab invites Expressions of Interest from eligible national consulting firms for the capacity building of priority Environmental and Social (E&S) aspects. This project, funded by the World Bank under Grant No. TF0C9206, focuses on gap analysis, training design, delivery, and both local and international learning activities to enhance hydropower development in Pakistan. Interested firms must be registered with SECP and PEC, maintain a valid NTN on the FBR's Active Taxpayer List, and demonstrate specific qualifications in environmental and social governance. Selection will follow the Consultant's Qualifications Based Selection (CQS) method as per World Bank Procurement Regulations. Complete Expressions of Interest must be delivered in person or via courier to the General Manager (HRM) at WAPDA House by 12:00 PM on 07 May 2026."
