The Small & Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) in Lahore, Punjab invites proposals for the pre-qualification of reputed event management companies through a three-year Open Framework Agreement. This national competitive bidding process aims to identify technically and financially sound firms capable of providing end-to-end services for national and international exhibitions, seminars, and conferences on an as-and-when-required basis. Scope of work includes venue management, stage design, branding, catering, and audio-visual setups across Pakistan. Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience, a valid NTN/Sales Tax registration, and be listed on the FBR's Active Taxpayers List. Electronic proposals must be submitted via the EPADS portal by 12:30 PM on May 12, 2026, for technical evaluation."
