Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Mirage Rebuild Factory (MRF), Kamra, invites sealed tenders for purchase and repair of various items as detailed in the enclosed list. The tender is open to sales tax registered suppliers on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List. Tender reference MRF/Log/26-27/OT-03 covers a wide range of aviation components, materials, chemicals, measuring equipment and related supplies required for mirage aircraft rebuild operations at the facility in Kamra, Punjab. The scope includes procurement of new items and repair services, with delivery to be made at MRF premises bearing all supplier liabilities.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and maintain active taxpayer status. Financial offers must be accompanied by proof of active taxpayer registration, sales tax registration certificate, NTN certificate, and professional tax certificate from the relevant provincial authority. Unregistered firms must furnish earnest money at five percent of quoted value through bank draft or public fund account. Quote validity must be minimum ninety days, and all quotations must include EDD (estimated delivery date), pictures, technical data sheets, and separate pricing for each line item. All aviation items require Certificate of Conformance, Technical Data Sheet and Material Safety Data Sheet from OEM, while chemicals and shelf-life items must include MSDS and fresh laboratory test reports with remaining life of at least seventy-five percent at delivery.
Bid documents should be submitted in two separate envelopes containing financial and technical proposals respectively, addressed to the Managing Director, MRF PAC Kamra. Last date for submission is 01 October 2026 at 1000 hours, with opening scheduled for 1100 hours the same day. Suppliers should note that delivered stores must be current year production, all repair work carries minimum six months warranty, and suppliers must retain records for three years.
