Public Sector General Hospital Jauharabad invites sealed tenders on a single-stage two-envelope basis for the purchase of one unit of Laparoscope 2DK. The tender is open to eligible and authorized distributors, reputed firms and suppliers registered with the income tax and sales tax departments on a FOR Jauharabad basis. Bidders must be registered with the income tax and sales tax departments and should be authorized distributors or reputed suppliers of the equipment. Earnest money of 2% of the bidding amount must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft in favour of Head LAO, PAEC General Hospital, Jauharabad, attached along with the Technical Offer in a separate sealed envelope. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any tender.
Tender documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) upon payment of Rs.2,000/- (non-refundable) as a pay order or demand draft. Technical bids will be opened on 03.10.2026 at 11:00 hours at the hospital premises in the presence of bidders and their authorized representatives. Interested parties should submit bids to the undersigned on or before 03.10.2026 at 10:00 hours.
