Description / Scope of Work
The Banquet Hall, Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD) of the Government of Punjab invites sealed bids on a framework basis for the purchase and supply of grocery, bakery, meat, vegetable, fruit, readymade food and flower items. This is a lot-wise procurement notice with a total estimated value of PKR 10,000,000 across seven commodity categories: Grocery Items (PKR 6,000,000), Bakery Items (PKR 1,000,000), Meat Items (PKR 1,000,000), Vegetable Items (PKR 500,000), Fruit Items (PKR 500,000), Readymade Food Items (PKR 500,000), and Flower Items (PKR 500,000). The procurement is being executed in Lahore, Punjab, and is open to bidders registered with relevant authorities.
Eligible bidders must be registered with appropriate Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The bid security requirement is 2% of the estimated value for each lot, which may be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. Bids shall be received through a single-stage, single-envelope procedure via the online portal ep.punjab.gov.pk.
Bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA website (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx) and ep.punjab.gov.pk. All bids must be uploaded on 01-10-2026 at 11:30 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 noon. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the office of Section Officer / Executive Director at Banquet Hall, S&GAD, 90-SQA, Lahore, from 13-09-2026 to 30-09-2026 between 10:00 am and 04:00 pm.
