Description / Scope of Work
The District Health Officer Khairpur, Health Department of the Government of Sindh, invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of Unani medicines and drugs for Government Unani Shafakhanas under its administrative control. This tender covers 181 line items for the financial year 2026-27 and is issued in accordance with Rule 46(1) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The procurement is intended to supply Unani medicinal products to Shafakhanas located in Khairpur, Sindh province.
Eligible bidders must be authorized distributors and registered suppliers of Unani drugs and medicines, enrolled on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB as applicable for the financial year 2026-27. A bid security of 2.5 percent of the bid value is required, with a tender fee of Rs. 3,000. Bids must be accompanied by the requisite security; conditional, telegraphic, faxed or late submissions will not be entertained. Only online bids submitted through EPADS will be accepted; hard copy or manual bids are not permissible.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions and the schedule of requirements may be viewed and downloaded free of cost from https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS portal. The bid opening date is 28 September 2026. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and cancel the bidding process at any time prior to bid acceptance without assigning reasons, in accordance with Rules 25 and 32 of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010.
