Description / Scope of Work
The Atomic Energy Cancer Hospital (AECH) at NIMRA, Jamshoro, operating under the Zakat Health Welfare Committee, invites technical proposals for pre-qualification of suppliers and bidders to provide drugs and medicines for cancer patients during the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted under SPPRA Rule-27(d) in Sindh province and follows the single-stage two-envelope procedure outlined in SPPRA Rules-2010 (46-2). This is a significant medical supply contract for a tertiary cancer care facility serving patients throughout the province. The sale and downloading of pre-qualification documents will commence from the publication date through the SPPRA ePADS portal and print media, with detailed conditions and terms available in pre-qualification documentation.
Eligibility requirements stipulate that suppliers must be registered with DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan), FBR, and the Sales Tax Department, with a minimum of three years' supply experience in reputable hospitals. Bidders must meet all qualification criteria as specified in tender documents. The selection criterion is lowest evaluated cost in accordance with SPPRA rule-46. A tender fee of Rs 2,000 (non-refundable) must be submitted as a demand draft or pay order in favor of CPWS, NIMRA Jamshoro.
Pre-qualification documents containing detailed terms, conditions, qualification criteria and guidelines for document preparation are available for download from the SPPRA ePADS portal. Submissions must be made on ePADS as per Sindh Public Procurements Rule-24(2). Documents will be opened in the Auditorium Hall of AECH-NIMRA Jamshoro on 2026-10-01 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procurement committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers subject to relevant provisions of Sindh Public Procurement Rule-25.
