Pakistan Airports Authority invites sealed bids for miscellaneous road works at PAA Walton Colony in Lahore, Punjab under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule No. 36(a). The bid security required is Rs. 90,000. Bidders must submit their offers electronically through the PPRA E-PADs-2 Web Portal at https://www.epads.gov.pk before the deadline of 06 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. To participate, bidders must submit mandatory documents including valid Federal Board of Revenue registration and Active Taxpayer List status, valid National Tax Number certificate, updated Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-6 for the current year, and an affidavit confirming non-judicial stamp paper of value Rs. 300 detailing firm ownership and confirming no blacklisting or pending litigation. Bid security must be in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft drawn in favour of Pakistan Airports Authority AIAP Lahore, with the original document submitted in person to the office of the undersigned by the submission deadline.
Bid documents are available through the PPRA E-PADs-2 portal. All bids, security and mandatory documents must be submitted electronically before the closing deadline. The tender reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Any overwriting or crossing in offers must be properly signed by the authorized signatory.
