The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of miscellaneous office goods and items. The project has an estimated cost of Rs. 400 Million and requires bidders to submit a 2% earnest money deposit in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). This procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rules 2004, utilizing the EPADS V2.0 portal for all submissions. Eligible firms must be on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayers List and registered as vendors on the EPADS system. Interested contractors and suppliers are required to submit their electronic proposals via the EPADS portal no later than 12 May 2026."
