Eligible consultants must possess relevant education in climate change, environmental sciences or equivalent disciplines and hold legal eligibility to provide professional training and consultancy services in Pakistan. A minimum of five years of professional experience in environmental science, environmental management, climate change, natural resource management, education or related development fields is required. Demonstrated expertise in solid waste management, environmental education, climate action, community-based training, and participatory training design for teachers, children and development-sector stakeholders is essential. Fluency in Pashto and Urdu is mandatory; knowledge of local Kohistani languages is preferred. Applicants must demonstrate ability to develop clear, practical and visually engaging training materials with strong communication, facilitation and coordination skills.
