Description / Scope of Work
SNGPL Peshawar-D invites sealed bids for the procurement of tubeless tyres under tender reference PSR/TE/011/2026 with procurement reference P125185. This is a goods procurement exercise for the fiscal year 2026-27, to be executed through single-stage, one-envelope bidding using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement is managed by the Executive Officer at SNGPL's Peshawar facility located in the Industrial State, Hayatabad, Peshawar City, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Eligible bidders are invited to participate through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0), Pakistan's official e-procurement portal.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, bank guarantee, demand draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to be registered on ePADS v2.0 prior to submission and must comply with all eligibility criteria and evaluation provisions detailed in the tender documents. The evaluation will prioritize technical compliance and cost-effectiveness in accordance with established procurement guidelines.

Electronic bids must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 5, 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 PM.
