This is a one-off maintenance and renovation contract for Federal military infrastructure in Islamabad worth approximately Rs 3.1 million with a tight one-month execution timeline.
Only MES-enlisted contractors (category E+) or contractors enlisted with major departments at the Rs 25M+ threshold may bid. The tender is for minor works and upkeep rather than a major project. Earnest money at 2 percent is required from non-MES contractors. Competition is likely limited to established firms with prior government maintenance experience and current MES or equivalent departmental enlistment status.
