CDA is procuring an Islam Awareness and Human Rights Programme delivery across Islamabad.
Budget appears modest (approximately 50–75k rupees range), suggesting a short-term awareness initiative rather than a capital contract. Tight timeline: pre-bid meeting 14 Sept, bid closing 17 Sept, and opening 16 Sept creates compressed evaluation window. Suitable for NGOs, educational institutions, or consultancies with prior experience in public awareness campaigns. NTN and FBR registration non-negotiable.
Who can bid: Active FBR and NTN registration required. IDDRO registration or equivalent documentation where applicable. Valid STN/NTN for financial transactions. Typically, organisations without prior experience in awareness programmes or those lacking formal registration are ineligible.
