TransPeshawar, the urban mobility company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 and responsible for management and maintenance of rapid transit projects under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority, invites bids for the rental of commercial assets at its Peshawar BRT Bus Stations. The invitation covers twelve underpass shops at Faisal Colony and four tuck shops, offered on an as-is-where-is basis with complete specifications on dimensions, covered area and reserve prices provided in the detailed bid solicitation documents. This is a competitive National Competitive Bidding process conducted via Single Stage-One Envelope procedure for lease arrangements.
Eligible participants include Pakistani nationals holding valid CNIC, sole proprietors, firms and registered companies. A bid security of 25 percent of annual rent, payable as CDR or DD from any scheduled Pakistani bank, must accompany each submission from the bidder's own bank account. Prospective bidders may inspect the shops at BRT Peshawar Bus Stations during office hours from the date of this advertisement until one day before the submission deadline, coordinating through the undersigned.
Bid solicitation documents are available from the TransPeshawar website (transpeshawar.pk) and KPPRA portal (www.kppra.gov.pk) from publication until the final submission date. Bids must be delivered to TransPeshawar Head Office by 11:30 AM PST on October 6, 2026, and will be opened at 12:00 PM the same day in the presence of attending bidders' representatives.
