Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) is inviting prequalification applications from service providers for establishment of a Closed Framework Agreement for the hiring of customs clearing agent services. This is a non-consulting services procurement under a framework agreement structure, with reference number FFW9721, funded from Non-ADP sources. The framework agreement will be for a period of 12 months, with on-demand provision of customs clearing services through subsequent call-off contracts during the agreement period. The NDMA is based in Islamabad Capital Territory near the ITP Office on Main Murree Road.
The prequalification process is open to all national applicants meeting the specified eligibility and qualification criteria detailed in the prequalification documents. Applicants must demonstrate adequate financial capacity, past experience in customs clearing or related services, and current contract status. A bid securing declaration on stamp paper is required from all participants. Applicants should review the framework data sheet, eligibility criteria, evaluation methodology, and all procurement forms before submission.

Invitations to bid are expected to be issued to prequalified applicants on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, with the framework agreement to be signed by Friday, October 16, 2026.
