Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Seed Corporation invites online bids for labour and transport operations contracts for the financial year 2026-27 across multiple PSC centres throughout Punjab. The tender comprises 18 separate lots covering transportation and labour services at locations including Khanewal, Vehari, Multan, DG Khan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, Bahawalnagar, Piplan, Layyah, Bhakkar, Rahim Yar Khan, Gujranwala, Jhang, Bhalwal, Fatehjang, and Lahore Store. The total estimated value across all lots ranges from Rs. 3 million to Rs. 94.55 million per location, with aggregate contract value exceeding Rs. 427 million. Bidding is conducted through national competitive bidding via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bid security at 2 percent of the estimated cost for each lot must be deposited online through PSID generated on the e-procurement portal; manual submission of financial instruments is not accepted. Bidders may participate in single or multiple lots as applicable.
Bids must be submitted exclusively online through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before October 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. By-hand submission is prohibited. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM on the portal. Bidding documents are available free of cost on http://www.psc.gop.pk, https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and the e-procurement portal.
