Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Railways Multan Division invites electronic bids for thirteen mixed construction, renovation and supply works across multiple stations in the Multan region for the financial year 2025–26. Projects include platform provision and shifting at Lodhran station on the KPR–LON section, construction of leased commercial shops at Lodhran, Chishtian, Chichawatni, Faqirwali, Madrisa, and Pakpattan stations, renovation and repair of station buildings at SNW, Behal, and Dera Ghazi Khan stations with washroom provisions and flooring replacement, special repairs to the Office of Inspector of Works in Muzaffargarh, roof replacement at Budh station, and supply of painting materials for foot-over bridges and bitumen asphalt for road surfacing and level crossings under the upcoming FGIR Annual Inspection 2025. Estimated values range from 589,476 Pakistani rupees to 7,344,382 rupees, with a combined procurement scope of medium to large scale infrastructure investment across the Multan Division network.
Bidders must hold valid Professional Engineers Licensing from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) at Category C–6 or above, or C–5 for specific works, and must be registered in the Federal Board of Revenue Taxpayers List. Contractor names must appear on the Central Depository Receipt (CDR) as mandatory. Bid security is required in the form of a CDR issued in the name of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Multan; individual bid security amounts for each work are detailed in the tender schedule and range from 12,000 to 220,000 rupees. Single-stage single-envelope electronic bidding through EPADS V.2.0 is mandatory; no alternative bidding method will be accepted.
Bidders must submit electronic bids with scanned CDR copies through EPADS V.2.0 before 12:00 noon on 8 October 2026; original bid security and supporting documents must be deposited in the tender box at the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Multan. Bids will be opened on the same date at 12:30 hours in the presence of bidder representatives.
