For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a dual-lot supply tender from a government ordnance manufacturer for specialized materials: A.R Material (2 items) and D.N.T (7.8 tonnes).
Scale appears small to medium. Key constraint: bidders must hold active income tax and sales tax registration—critical for government suppliers. The 20 October 2026 deadline is standard. Typically, such tenders favour established authorized dealers with proven supply history to POF. Specification details are in the bidding documents, not the notice itself, so early download and review is essential.
Who can bid: Bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized dealers or registered suppliers with valid Federal Board of Revenue income tax and sales tax registration. Typically, POF contracts also require suppliers to hold relevant SECP or NTN credentials and may require past performance references or a track record with defence/ordnance establishments.
