The Military Engineer Services (MES) in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed tenders for extensive maintenance and infrastructure works at CMH and PEMH Rawalpindi. The scope of work involves a comprehensive 400 million Rupee project covering HVAC repairs, roof treatments, Bazar supply works, civil and electrical services, and the provision of miscellaneous additional facilities. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and fall within MES categories B, C, or D to be eligible for consideration. Applicants are required to submit credentials for security clearance and scrutiny before tender documents are issued. Qualified firms and contractors may submit their technical and financial proposals to the ACE (A) Hosps Rawalpindi office by the deadline of 11 May 2026."
