Dr. Ruth K.M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) for repair, maintenance and replacement parts of medical machinery and equipment during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers three tender lots: machinery and equipment repairs including incinerator blades, fire extinguisher cylinders and refilling, ECG machines, diathermy machines, defibrilators and crash trolleys; repair and maintenance of floroscopy machines and defibrilators; and repair and maintenance or replacement of furniture and fixtures including executive tables, office tables, benches, sofas, instrument trolleys and cupboards across various departments of the hospital in Karachi, Sindh. The total estimated value of the contract spans multiple items across nursing branches, medical wards, emergency, ICU, radiology, oncology and surgical departments.
Bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue or State Bank approved suppliers and importers list. A bid security of two percent of the total quoted price, with a minimum deposit of Rs. 3,000, is required for each tender lot.
