Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Head Quarter Hospital Talagang in District Chakwal, Punjab is inviting sealed bids for the supply of medical consumables, laboratory materials, stationery and general store items under four separate framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27. The total estimated value across all packages is approximately 15.5 million Pakistani rupees. Package 1 covers day-to-day and emergency purchases of medicines, surgical items, disposable items and Zakat medicines with an estimated cost of 3 million rupees. Package 2 is for pathology and laboratory materials estimated at 3.5 million rupees. Package 3 covers miscellaneous general store items and dental items valued at 4 million rupees. Package 4 is for printing materials and stationery items with an estimated cost of 5 million rupees. All packages are framework contracts designed to meet the hospital's recurring procurement needs throughout the financial year in Talagang.
Eligible bidders must have active FBR or PRA taxpayer status and must not be blacklisted or debarred by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. For the medicines and surgical items package, bidders must hold a valid CDSL licence issued on form 09 and must be located within District Chakwal. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost for each package in the form of a call deposit receipt. All bids must be accompanied by documentary evidence of eligibility, technical qualifications and conformance of goods to specifications as outlined in the bidding documents.
Bidders must submit sealed bids in two envelopes (technical and financial) via the Punjab e-procurement system at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ on or before 11:00 a.m. on 5 October 2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the same date in the presence of bidders' representatives at the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Talagang.
