The Institute of Business Administration Karachi invites quotations for annual service and maintenance of chlorination plants under tender reference RFQ-004048. The scope covers preventive and corrective maintenance of four chlorination units located at IBA's City Campus (3 units) and Main Campus (1 unit) in Karachi, Sindh. The selected bidder must comply with all terms including 2% per month liquidity damages for delayed delivery, final rate acceptance without revision, and applicable government taxes and stamp duty at 0.35% on the purchase order value.
