The Bank of Punjab, Lahore, invites sealed bids for the procurement of fifty (50) Cash Recycler Machines (CRM's) under a single stage two-envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA rules. The estimated procurement value is Rs. 168,000,000, with delivery required within thirteen weeks of purchase order issuance. The machines are to be supplied to designated sites across Punjab province. Bidders must ensure all quoted prices include taxes such as GST and income tax, delivery and installation costs at Bank premises, and compliance with major technical specifications. Eligible bidders must submit a bid security of two percent of the estimated cost (Rs. 3,360,000) through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options via the E-Procurement Portal using a generated PSID number. Bids must include complete technical details and mandatory warranty support of minimum one year with on-site parts, followed by six years maintenance contract thereafter. All prices must be quoted exclusively in US Dollars. Bids lacking applicable taxes or submitted in currencies other than USD shall be rejected as non-responsive.
Bid documents may be obtained free of cost from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Technical bids must be submitted by 02-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. The Bank reserves the right to verify equipment genuineness from any source and may forfeit refurbished or second-hand equipment without payment. Pre-delivery inspection at Bank premises is mandatory for the successful bidder to confirm compliance with agreed specifications.
