Description / Scope of Work
The Government of the Punjab Services & General Administration Department (Procurement & Transport Wing) invites electronic bids for the procurement of stationary, computer stationary, printing and publication materials, hardware, furniture, machinery and IT equipment for the financial year 2026-27. The tender comprises ten separate lots with a combined estimated value of approximately Rs. 5.6 million. Lot 1 covers stationary items worth Rs. 600,000; Lot 2 computer stationary Rs. 800,000; Lot 3 printing and publication Rs. 600,000; Lot 4 miscellaneous items Rs. 1.2 million; Lot 5 cost of others Rs. 900,000; Lot 6 plant and machinery Rs. 600,000; Lot 7 furniture and fixtures Rs. 350,000; Lot 8 hardware Rs. 330,000; Lot 9 software Rs. 110,000; and Lot 10 IT equipment Rs. 110,000. The procurement is for departmental use in Punjab province, with delivery required within five days of job order issuance. Supply of goods shall continue throughout the financial year as and when required by the department.
Bidders must be firms, companies, sole proprietors or service providers engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Each bidder shall submit a bid security of 3 percent of the estimated cost only through a digital bank guarantee via the Punjab e-Procurement System, generated through PSID with transmission via SWIFT MT760 to the Motor Transport Officer-I, S&GAD. Physical bid securities such as CDRs, pay orders or demand drafts are not accepted. Bids lacking valid digital bank guarantees shall be rejected. Upon bid acceptance, successful bidders must furnish a performance guarantee of 10 percent of contract price through SWIFT MT760, to be released after successful contract completion.
Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on the Punjab e-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted online by 2:30 PM on October 6, 2026, with opening scheduled for 3:00 PM the same day. Bidders may apply for single lots or all lots separately. Quoted rates must be valid until June 30, 2027 and inclusive of all taxes.
