For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

Five concurrent contracts for military engineering maintenance, repairs and supplies across Balochistan.

Scale is medium to large with multiple site locations and 12-month execution periods available. Contractors must hold PEC Category D minimum and government litigation clearance. Notable: tender specifies MES Schedule of Rates 2025 and Bazar Supply 2017 rates apply; bidders should verify current rate schedules. This appears to be recurring annual or framework provision across multiple military stations rather than one-off projects.

Who can bid: Only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category D or above are eligible. Bidders must provide PEC registration certificate, confirm no ongoing litigation with government departments, obtain clearance from Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ), and demonstrate relevant experience. Typically, military engineering works also require security clearance and prior government project experience.
