Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (ADMIN) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of toiletries items required for PNSC Head Office, NTC House, and Beach Huts for a six-month supply period under FY 2026-27. This procurement is advertised under tender reference P114457 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) following Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The scope covers supply of toiletries to multiple PNSC facilities in Karachi, Sindh, representing regular operational requirements for the corporation's administrative and operational centers.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and are required to submit bids accompanied by either a Pay Order as bid security or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents.
