This is a straightforward procurement for green mesh supply and installation across eight Lahore market locations, valued at approximately PKR 8.9 million.
The project scope appears moderate in scale with relatively modest bid security requirements (2 percent). Bidders should note the tight deadline of early October 2025 and the mandatory registration on Punjab's e-Procurement System; unregistered bidders will be ineligible regardless of bid quality. This appears to be a one-off urban beautification project rather than a framework or recurring contract.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and GST departments. Typically, small to medium enterprises operating as sole proprietors, partnerships, or private companies can participate. Specific professional licenses or PEC membership do not appear mandated, though suppliers should hold valid NTN and GST registration as per stated requirements.
