Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General of IT under the Science & IT Department in Quetta, Balochistan invites electronic bids for three major technological advancements within the provincial government framework. This procurement initiative includes the development and deployment of a Case Flow Management System for the Prosecution Department, the purchase of specialized IT equipment to strengthen the prosecution system, and a comprehensive digitization project for various functions including E-Office, IPMS, FTS, Task Management, and Public Correspondence. The total estimated cost for these combined projects is 220 million Rupees. All bidding procedures are conducted through the Electronic Public Procurement System of Balochistan. Interested firms must submit a bid security of 2 percent in the form of a Call Deposit in favor of the Director General IT. Additionally, a mandatory tender document fee of 1,000 Rupees must be deposited in the specified government account. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard no later than 11 May 2026, with the digital opening of tenders scheduled for the same day.
