Description / Scope of Work
The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), a Federal Public Procurement Regulatory Authority operating under the administrative control of the Board of Investment, has reserved funds for a procurement plan during FY 2026-27. This notice invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of Works covering Renovation, Refurbishment and Allied Civil Works, with reference number PT/2026/. The procurement is being conducted to cover eligible payments under the contract for these civil works projects, which may span multiple locations within the Federal territory of Pakistan. The scope encompasses renovation and refurbishment services across identified sites, with details available in the comprehensive bidding documents prepared by the authority.
Bidders must be eligible to participate and are required to submit bids accompanied by appropriate bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or bid securing declaration as specified in the Bidding Documents. All bids must conform to the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable Regulatory Guides and Procurement Guidelines issued by the PPRA. Single Stage-Two Envelope procurement methodology using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique will be adopted for this subject procurement. Bidders are required to register themselves on ePADS v2.0 platform to participate in the bidding process.
Bidding documents are available on the PAD Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal-procurements/12608 for all registered bidders. Bids must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before the specified Monday closing deadline. Opening of e-bids will occur on ePADS v2.0 on the same day of Monday at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids is not entertained. Bidders without prior ePADS v2.0 registration may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk.
