Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Military Accounts Department in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System for the supply and installation of comprehensive IT equipment for the AIMS project. This significant procurement includes the provision of one hundred 3 KVA UPS units, twenty-nine 6 KVA UPS units, and one thousand perpetual licenses for Microsoft Office LTSC 2024. Additionally, the scope covers the delivery of one hundred high-resolution book scanners and one hundred Layer 3 manageable network switches. The project also entails extensive infrastructure work, including the installation of over twelve hundred LAN nodes and complete electrification for UPS wiring across multiple departmental sub-offices nationwide. Interested firms must demonstrate a minimum annual turnover of 50 million Rupees and provide valid manufacturer authorization letters for all hardware components. Technical and financial proposals follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure and must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal. All submissions must be finalized no later than 10:30 AM on 12 May 2026, accompanied by the necessary bid security as outlined in the official bidding documents.
