Description / Scope of Work
National Logistics Corporation invites sealed tenders for the construction of winterized washroom facilities and associated infrastructure at Silk Route Dry Port in Sost, Hunza, Federal Province. The project scope encompasses construction of five winterized washrooms measuring 4 feet by 5 feet each, comprising four standard washrooms and one water tank with heating room facility. The washrooms will be equipped with GI sheet ceiling and roofing, complete tile work, sanitary fixtures, electrical installations and painting. The project also includes excavation and construction of a sewerage pit measuring 20 by 20 by 20 feet with full sewerage line connections, a safety tank measuring 6 by 6 feet with sewerage connections, installation of two wash basins with complete fittings, an external water storage tank with 3000 liters capacity connected to all washrooms, and a water heating tank system providing warm water distribution throughout the facilities. All work must be completed to professional construction standards in all aspects.
Tenders will be awarded to the lowest bidder demonstrating required technical skills and relevant experience in building construction. The National Logistics Corporation reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance, exercising discretion in accordance with PPRA Rules. Bidders must meet standard registration and qualification requirements for construction contractors operating in Pakistan's federal territory.
