Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board (PLDDB), a non-profit organization established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1948, invites sealed tenders from registered firms and companies for the provision of wrapping materials under its Silage Project. Three lots are being procured: 180 rolls of imported wrapping film for one-ton bales (estimated cost 6.6 million PKR), 875 rolls of local wrapping film for 80-kilogram bales (estimated cost 8 million PKR), and 25 rolls of imported inner net for one-ton bales (estimated cost 1.5 million PKR). The project is being conducted in Punjab province through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EPS) under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure.
All intending contractors and firms must be registered and pay bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost for their respective lots before bids are opened.
