The University of Kamalia in Kamalia, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of a wide range of IT equipment and miscellaneous items under tender reference UKM Tender 2025-26 17. The scope of this procurement includes thirty business series laptops, twenty desktop computers, five high-definition smart boards, and advanced technical tools such as a 3D scanner and three 3D printers. Additionally, the project requires the supply and installation of a 10 KVA soundproof diesel generator to ensure power stability for the institution. Interested bidders must demonstrate at least three years of industry experience and provide a bid security of 502,000 Rupees, representing two percent of the total estimated value of 25.1 million Rupees. The evaluation will follow a single stage two envelope procedure via the Punjab e-procure portal. All items must be delivered and installed within thirty days of the contract award. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system by 10:30 AM on 12 May 2026.
