Description / Scope of Work
Air University, Islamabad Campus invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of indoor, outdoor SMD (Surface-Mounted Device) and interactive screens measuring 86 inches. The procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026–27 with reserved funds allocated for this project. This is a national-level goods procurement under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) methodology, conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The tender covers equipment supply and installation services to be delivered in Islamabad, Federal Territory.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a pay order or a signed bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are advised to review the full technical specifications, which include related services such as installation, testing, and commissioning of the equipment at the designated location.
Bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/127456. E-bids must be submitted through the portal on or before Monday, October 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. No manual submissions are accepted.
