Description / Scope of Work
Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO) invites sealed bids for the procurement and installation of a digital SMD screen intended for the main committee room at PEDO House, located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The tender is being conducted under a Single Stage, One Envelope Procedure as per KP-PPRA procurement rules. Bid documents are available for download from the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) platform.
Prospective bidders must satisfy several eligibility requirements prior to submission. Bidders must maintain active registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as of the bid submission deadline, and must possess an active Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN) with FBR. Bidders are required to maintain a physical office in Peshawar with documentary evidence of such presence. Crucially, suppliers must be authorized dealers or representatives of the equipment manufacturer, supported by verifiable authorization documentation. Bid security of 2 percent of the total quoted price in Pakistani Rupees must be submitted in the form of a bank draft or CDR made payable to CEO, PEDO, valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period, and submitted in both digital and hard copy formats.
Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS on or before October 5, 2026, at 11:00 hours. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 hours at the Main Committee Room, PEDO House, Sector 38/B-2, Phase V, Hayatabad, Peshawar, in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives who wish to attend. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 47(1) of the KP-PPRA Rules 2014.
