Pakistan Railways CSF/Directorate, Headquarters Office in Lahore invites sealed bids through the ePADS v2.0 platform for the supply of materials against four tenders totaling approximately Rs 9.7 million. Tender CSF/1/P/2026-27 (EPADS P123874) seeks 7,000 metric tons of S.R Cement for CSF/Sukkur with bid security of Rs 2,500,000; Tender CSF/2/P/2026-27 (EPADS P124006) seeks 5,000 metric tons of S.R Cement for CSF/KWL with bid security of Rs 1,700,000; Tender CSF/3/P/2026-27 (EPADS P124699) and CSF/4/P/2026-27 (EPADS P125161) each seek 500 metric tons of HTS Wire 10mm diameter for CSF/Sukkur and CSF/KWL respectively, each with bid security of Rs 2,500,000. All materials are required for delivery to DAP Concrete Sleeper Factory locations at Sukkur and Khanewal. The procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection methodology in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Manufacturers, suppliers, bidders and contractors registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments are eligible to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the specified amounts as pay order, call at deposit, bank guarantee or similar instrument. Bidders must be registered on the ePADS v2.0 platform to submit bids; those not yet registered can access registration tutorials at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Manual bid submission is not permitted.
E-bidding documents are available on the ePADS platform at https://epads.gos.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements. All bids must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before the closing date of 05 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening on the same day at 11:30 AM using the single-stage, one or two-envelope bidding procedure.
