Provide & Supply Original HP Toners

The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) in Karachi has issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ-003693-11316) for the supply of original and genuine HP toners for the HP 5700dn color printer series. The requirement includes two units each of the 213A Cyan, Magenta, Black, and Yellow toners. Substandard items will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 28 April 2026 to the IBA Main Campus. Terms include final inspection at the time of delivery, payment via crossed cheque within 30 working days of invoice receipt, and a 0.35% stamp duty on the total purchase order value. Liquidity damages of 2% per month apply to delayed deliveries.
