Special repair and up-gradation of Reservation Office Building at Lalamusa Railway Station

Pakistan Railways, Rawalpindi Division invites sealed bids for special repair, up-gradation and up-lifting of the outside Reservation Office Building at Lalamusa Railway Station in Punjab. The estimated cost of this civil and electrical works project is Rs 34,690,396. The work is to be completed within three months of contract award. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with relevant code of specialization for civil and electrical works, and must be active taxpayers listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. This tender is issued on the basis of Pakistan Railway Composite Schedule of Rates 2016 for Rawalpindi Division and through-rates from approved contractors. Bid documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) at http://epads.gov.pk/eprocurement/. Bidders must submit e-bids in accordance with e-Bidding guidelines, with prescribed supporting documents including scanned copies of bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee, CNIC of the Guarantee issuer, sealed envelope with CDR or Bank documents, copies of CNIC, valid licenses, registration with Pakistan Engineering Council, and original bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee in favour of Divisional Accounts Officer Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi. The bid submission deadline is Thursday, October 08, 2026 by 12:00 PM, with opening on the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of Divisional Accounts Officer Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi in the presence of bidder representatives. All bids must be submitted through ePADS v2.0; no offline bids will be accepted. The railway administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
