Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC), Gujrat Zone invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of split air conditioners under tender reference HR&A/GRT/01/2026 (P127801). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The procuring entity is located at the 4th floor State Life Building, G.T. Road, Gujrat, in Punjab province. Detailed specifications and technical requirements for the split air conditioners are provided in the bidding documents, which outline the scope of supply and related services.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, demand draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must submit their e-bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0.
