The Kohistan Wildlife Division, under the Wildlife Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed e-bids from eligible contractors and firms for the provision of locally designed fuel-efficient stoves with water boilers at selected sites across Kohistan district. The estimated project cost is Rs 1.8 million, and bids are being solicited in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 under a single-stage single-envelope e-bidding system. This is a supply and installation contract for improved heating and water provision infrastructure at operational wildlife management locations in the province.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 and above, and must hold valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority with an active NTN. Bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the engineer's estimate (approximately Rs 36,000) must be submitted in the form of a Certified Demand Draft from a scheduled bank. A non-refundable bidding entry fee of 0.03 percent of tender cost (Rs 540) is required. Bidders quoting rates up to 10 percent below the engineer's estimate shall submit bid security at the full 2 percent rate of the engineer's estimate.
Bid documents are available from the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Kohistan Wildlife Division at Pattan on any working day. Electronic bids must be submitted through the ePADS system on or before 06 October 2026 at 11:15 AM, and will be opened the same day in the presence of participating contractors or their authorized representatives. The bid security of unsuccessful bidders will be retained by the department until approval of the successful bidder's contract. All bids must include complete details of the proposed fuel-efficient stove design with technical specifications and drawings.
