The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab in Islamabad, Federal Government invites requests for proposals for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of an Apheresis System. This procurement, designated as Package Number 18, Lot K1, is intended for the establishment of the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II located at G-11/3 in Islamabad. The project is being executed on a Delivered Duty Paid basis with an estimated cost of 27 million Rupees. Interested bidders must provide a bid security of 540,000 Rupees and ensure a bid validity of 180 days. Participation is restricted to applicants registered on the EPADS system, as the entire process follows open competitive bidding under PPRA Rules 2014. The scope includes full technical support and maintenance of the medical equipment to ensure international standards of healthcare infrastructure. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 04:00 PM on 11 May 2026.
