The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed requests for proposals for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of an ESWL Lithotripter. This specialized medical equipment procurement, identified as Package No. 20, Lot-B, is intended for the establishment of the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad. The project is estimated at a cost of 130 million Rupees and will be executed on a Delivered at Place basis. Following the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2004, the authority requires a bid security of 2,600,000 Rupees and a bid validity of 180 days. All interested applicants must be registered with the EPADS system of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority as manual bids are strictly prohibited. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 02:30 PM on 12 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 03:00 PM on the same day.
