The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders from eligible bidders for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of a comprehensive Radiology PACS System for the Lady Willingdon Hospital. This high-priority turnkey project, identified as Package Number 2 Lot-J, requires the provision of an integrated Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) capable of managing clinical, administrative, and research data across the facility. The scope of work includes the delivery of five diagnostic reporting stations, five dictation microphones, ten RIS workstations, and multiple specialized printers for film jackets and thermal booking. Additionally, the successful firm must provide robust server infrastructure with at least five years of data storage capacity and a dedicated high-speed internet connection. All interested bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and submit their technical and financial proposals through the EPADS portal. A bid security of one million Pak Rupees is required for participation. The final deadline for electronic submission is set for 4:00 PM on 12 May 2026, followed by a technical bid opening thirty minutes later at the IDAP head office.
