Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Municipal Administration BARA invites electronic bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) under the Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure for the Rokhana Qabail Integrated Development Package in District Khyber, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The package comprises seven street pavement works at different locations within Bara district, including Sepah, Malik Din Khel, Shin Qamer, Upper Bara, Mushtraqa Aka Khel, Aka Khel, Shalober, and Kamer Khel. The total estimated cost of the works ranges from Rs. 19.0 to Rs. 23.05 million, with project funding under ADP 261000 for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement is conducted in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules, 2014 and is available for eligible and registered firms.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant construction category and enrolled with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders are also required to be enlisted with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue authority and must hold active NTN Income Tax Certification. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory for each work, with additional security of 8% required for bids quoted between 10% to 20% below the engineer estimate. All bid documents must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal and in hard copy through registered courier service to the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer.
Bid solicitation documents, including bidding documents, Bill of Quantity and evaluation criteria, are available for download from https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. A non-refundable tender fee of 0.03% of the estimated cost must be paid to TMO TMA Bara. Electronic bids must be uploaded by 12:00 PM on 05/10/2026, with tender opening scheduled for 02:00 PM the same day. Hard copy bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with all required documentation including PEC registration, Local Council Board enlistment, KPRA registration, earnest money in the form of call deposits, and a certificate confirming no disputes or litigation. Hand-submitted tenders and late submissions will not be entertained.
