The Pakistan Navy Medical Store Depot (PNMSD) in Karachi, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the supply of Electro-Medical Equipment and Instruments for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement, identified by tender number MSD-EME/2026-27/01, follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004. The scope of work involves the delivery and installation of high-quality medical stores at PNS SHIFA Karachi or other designated naval hospitals on a turnkey basis. Eligible bidders must provide a technical offer with detailed specifications and an OEM conformance certificate, alongside a commercial offer including a 2.5% earnest money deposit in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. Successful contractors are required to provide a one-year warranty, five days of on-site job training for naval personnel, and guaranteed spare parts availability for ten years. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes to PNMSD at PNS SHIFA by the appointed deadline of 12 May 2026.
