Description / Scope of Work
The Chitral Irrigation Division Chitral invites bids for the construction of flood protection works across multiple locations in District Upper Chitral under the Infrastructure Development Package (ADP No. 1322/260850). The project comprises nine sub-works totalling approximately 641.67 million rupees, including construction of flood protection structures at Alyan, Shogram, Parpish, Charun and Bumbagh Riverside (90.00M), Junali Koch and Krui Junali Riverside (86.16M), Brep Riverside (66.02M), Shahidas, Harchin, Raman, Gasht Bala, Phargram Bitaan Bokht, Mastuj and various reaches in Laspur Valley (94.01M), Muxen Oweer, Kosht, Sama Gole, Warijun, Kushum, Pindorgaz, Machigoli Saht Bala and multiple reaches along Mulkhow River (80.00M), Booni Area (89.61M), Bang, Meragram and Yukum Goles (66.00M), and Zondragram, Warimon, Shuch, Payeen Nichagh, Gang in Terich Valley (67.87M). These civil works are essential infrastructure for river management and flood risk reduction across the upper districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Bidders must be constructors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with proven work capacity and construction cost limits up to Rs. 100 Million. This is a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procurement for smaller contracts under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) framework. Bidders are required to submit all relevant documentation in accordance with the Standard Form of Bidding Documents notified vide Notification No. S.R.O (29)/Vol:1-40/2025-26 dated August 21, 2025.
